Warlord: Saga of The Storm is a skirmish-level, fantasy battle game on cards incorporating 6 major legions: Elves, Dwarves, Nothrogs (rather orcish), Deverenian Empire (Evil Humans), the Free Kingdoms (Good Humans) and the Mercenaries (A sixth faction only available in the booster packs). Each player represents an opposing Warlord commanding their army on the battlefield using a pyramid-scale formation, deploying troops into battle and strengthening their ranks with reinforcements of warriors, rogues, clerics, and wizards. With a simple, fast-paced D20-dice based combat system that allows for elements of "fortunes of war", a vast array of character cards and profiles touting unique and specialized abilities and equipment, and a measure of unprecedented strategic implementation, Warlords will take you into the heat of battle, and beyond! This series is introduced in 50-card, pre-constructed "Legion Decks" of 10-count Displays, and 11-card, 48-count Booster Pack Displays. Also, Two-Player Starter Sets containing two pre-constructed decks showcasing armies of the Free Kingdoms and Nothrog legion, a full playmat and complete rulebook are available in 6-count Displays.
