How was your Halloween ComicFest event? It went very well! Last year we were only 10 days old, so it was quite different. Our clients loved our decorations and their costumes were fantastic!
What has been your best promotion or event? Free Comic Book Day was an absolute blast! We had people lined up and excited for us to open.
What recent changes have you made in the store? We recently added new furniture for our subscribers making it much more efficient for us to do our pull service.
What steps have you taken to expand your customer base or to reach out to individuals unfamiliar with your store or comics in general? We run a number of Facebook campaigns, but word of mouth has been very positive.
What are your plans for the near future? To keep bringing my clients the best customer service and grow my base.
How did you choose your store name? It went through various changes, but through brainstorming it felt right. A “Eureka” moment…
What superpower would you most like to have? Teleportation, Nightcrawler style
