What steps have you taken to expand your customer base or to reach out to individuals unfamiliar with your store or comics in general? We are getting ready to expand our online presence, after we move the parent store to a larger location.
What are your plans for the near future? We want to give our customers the best service available, and we feel this customer service will allow us to grow to 3 shops in 2017.
How did you choose your store name? The original comic shop opened in 2014 in the back of a vintage vinyl shop in Fairhope, Alabama. The shop was hidden and tucked away, so it was Covert.
